Criollo Software

This is a software company that asked me to come up with a logo and website design. The company never got off the ground because of a leading competitor. Criollo is a very fine cocoa bean and this is a play on words since cocoa is also a programming language. The 'A' symbol is the symbol for a program in Mac OS X. I thought a chocolate bar would work well as the logo and that drooping chocolate would be an interesting concept. In the mockup, text flowed under the chocolate goo, this is very simple to code and is very interesting to see.
