Cup Cluster
Our given brief was to design an installation with the theme of clustering modules. Me and a fellow student chose to play with an existing module (the cup). We experimented with changing opacities, depths, widths and jointing. Our finished piece was a canopy of 700 cups and 2200 cable ties. Suspended from above, it was an operable puppet with applications as a wall, roof and enclosure.
