My name is Tomos Owen and I am a freelance web-designer from Bangor in North Wales.

I believe in creating sites that are clean and simple. Complexity confuses users.
It's fair to say that I am a perfectionist and my sites are always written up to W3C standards.
Rather than using programs like Dreamweaver I write webpages by hand in a text editor. This reduces the amount of code used and makes pages load faster.
